Returns Policy
Return Window
Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days.
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can't offer you a full refund or exchange.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products, such as personalized items or items indicated as non-returnable, may not be eligible for returns. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable gases.

Return Initiation
To initiate a return, please follow these simple steps:

- Provide the necessary information, including your order number, the item(s) being returned, and the reason for the return.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Inspection
Once your return request is received, our customer support team will inspect it and authorize the return if it meets the return eligibility criteria.
We will communicate our findings and resolution via email.
Please allow a few days for us to process the request.
Return Authorization
If your return is approved, you will receive a return authorization email containing a unique return authorization number (RAN), and detailed instructions on how to proceed.
It is important to include the RAN on the return package to ensure smooth processing.
If the return is approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment. For more information, please read the "Refund Policy" section below.
Return Deemed Fully Eligible (After Inspection)
If the return is eligible, we will contact you to discuss the following options available:

Exchanges
We can explore the possibility of exchanging the item for a different size, color, or model that better suits your preferences.

Repair or Replacement
If the item is defective or damaged, we can discuss the options for repair or replacement, depending on the nature of the issue. In the specific case there's an item factory malfunction, the costs incurred will be taken by us.

Depending on the situation, we may be able to provide a partial or full refund, taking into account any applicable deductions or fees.

Store Credit
In certain cases, we may offer store credit that can be used towards future purchases. This allows you to choose an alternative product at your convenience.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be e-mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Return Deemed Partially Eligible (After Inspection)
When a return has been deemed ineligible, however we have assessed that the customer may be given a partial compensation, our dedicated team will promptly reach out to you to explore the available options.
Here are some possible alternatives that can be considered based on the specific circumstances:
- Store Credit: In certain cases, we may offer some store credit in the form of discount codes that can be used towards future purchases.

Return Deemed Not Eligible (After Inspection)
If the return is not eligible, we will send and email communicating the reasons of this resolution.
Packing Returns
Pack the item securely in suitable packaging to prevent any damage during transit.
Clearly write the RAN on the package to ensure smooth processing.
Include a copy of the original order confirmation or packing slip inside the package.
Ship the item back to us using a reliable shipping service. We recommend using a service that provides tracking and insurance for your own peace of mind.
Mailing Returns
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. To return your product, you need to mail your order to: 6715 Windover Way, Titusville, Florida USA 32780.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the items are returned safely to us within the designated return window.
Please note that the cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to a manufacturer's defect or an error on our part. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refund Approval
If the return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow a few business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Please note that time varies depending on the issuing bank. It may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Partial Refunds
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Products with obvious signs of use
- Products that have been opened.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded fully (if applicable). Sale items can only be partially refunded.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
